摘要

研究了汽车仪表板常用塑料PPF和PC/ABS的蠕变性能。通过拉伸试验获得了材料在不同温度下的性能,并进行了不同载荷和温度下的三点弯曲试验。实验得到了时间硬化版的幂律蠕变方程,并将各塑性材料的蠕变行为用简单的形式表示出来。有限元蠕变分析结果与试验结果吻合较好,但随着荷载的增大,数值与试验结果的差异越来越大。
