Objectives: The present investigation was conducted with the aim of the prevalence of LC in Iran by meta-analysis method. Methods: In this meta-analysis study, the articles that were conducted to determine age-standardized incidence rates (ASRs) in the field of LC were included in the study. The inclusion criteria included determining the number of ASRs in Iranian LC patients, reporting the sample size in men and women groups, and publishing articles between 2000 and January 2023. Data were analyzed, using CMA software. Results: In this meta-analysis study, 889 articles were found in the initial search, and after the final search, 23 articles were included in the meta-analysis stage. Out of the 22 final articles, the prevalence of LC was 3.7% (95% CI, 2.6 - 5.3) in women and 7.1% (95% CI, 5.7 - 9) in males. 摘要

背景:肺癌(Lung cancer, LC)是肺系统常见疾病之一，定义为肺组织中细胞生长不受控制。目的:本研究旨在通过荟萃分析方法了解伊朗LC的患病率。方法:在本荟萃分析研究中，纳入旨在确定LC领域年龄标准化发病率(ASRs)的文章。纳入标准包括确定伊朗LC患者中asr的数量，报告男性和女性组的样本量，并在2000年至2023年1月之间发表文章。采用CMA软件对数据进行分析。结果:本荟萃分析研究初查到889篇，终查到23篇进入荟萃分析阶段。在最后的22篇文章中，女性的LC患病率为3.7% (95% CI, 2.6 - 5.3)，男性为7.1% (95% CI, 5.7 - 9)。结论:考虑到本研究中LC的发生率较高，有必要对该领域进行必要的预防干预。
