Therefore, if the sets of medical procedures can identified, we may know the diseases of the patient or it can be used in disease surveillance. In addition, diabetes and hypertension are silent killers that have been threatening numbers of Thai people and also lead to many serious diseases. This research identified sets of medical procedures related to diabetes and/or hypertension using C4.5 and Naive Bayes algorithms.
