摘要

针对轨道交通信号系统的高安全性要求,本文研究了国外先进轨道交通信号系统的工程安全管理理论,结合中国轨道交通信号系统的特点,总结了轨道交通信号系统的风险控制过程,并对风险控制过程中的一些关键问题进行了重点研究。本文以ALARP原理作为风险接受准则,提出了一种综合分析方法来衡量ALARP区域风险控制措施的有效性。
