摘要

材料与方法:在耳鼻喉门诊就诊的年龄≥50岁的听力损失患者，通过常规生化、激素和听力学检查诊断为老年性耳聋。认知障碍由神经科医生检查;所有患者均接受简易精神状态检查和钟画测试。Beck抑郁量表评分>10分的代谢性和毒性痴呆患者及抑郁症患者被排除在研究之外。
