To summarize the data related to current in-vitro methods for screening of anticancer agents. Reviewed here are some selected In-vitro cell based methods for screening of anti-cancer drugs. These are the combinations of systematic methods based on existing theories and models. New anti-cancer drug is necessary with novel profile of anti-tumor activity.
