Using a stratified random sampling method, a sample of 205 employees (50.7% males and 49.3% females) (51.2% full time and 48.8% part-time) completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI–GS) and Ways of Coping Survey questionnaires. Burnout and Coping Strategies among Private Fitness Centre Employees
