The nucleocytoplasmic ratio in the mouse liver cells.
SUMMARY
By using Chalkey's “hit” method the nucleo-cytoplasmic ratio in liver tissue of normal mice of different ages was determined. It was found that this ratio is not constant during life but is subjected to considerable, but seemingly, systematic variation.
