For this, network-planning experts need to consider many dimensions in order to come up with the most appropriate scoring list when building new network sites. In this paper, we utilize a simple additive weighting methodology for assessing the performance of cellular sites in order to explore the possible deployment of base stations in large geographical areas according to the their cost scores.
