Influence of structural inhomogeneity on Tamm State frequency for bounded planar photonic crystal
Numerically and experimentally demonstrated the appearance of the Tamm States peak in the band gap of a planar photonic crystal. The increasing of quality factor as well as Tamm State frequency falling with rising of inhomogeneity length is demonstrated.
