THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT DIAGNOSTICS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND SCIENTIFIC PROCESSES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND SUBSTANTIATION OF THE SPECIFICS OF POST-CRISIS RESULTS

В статье выполнена диагностика воздействия карантинных ограничений на результаты социально-экономических и научных процессов в регионах РФ. Цель работы – определение отклонений в развитии территорий ЦФО на основе изучения индивидуальной динамики каждого из совокупности важнейших показателей. Научная новизна работы состоит в выявлении длительных хозяйственных, демографических и инновационных трендов и трансформаций, а также обосновании качества управленческих воздействий на соответствующие процессы. The article analyzes the impact of quarantine restrictions on the results of socio-economic and scientific processes in the regions of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the work is to determine deviations in the development of the territories of the Central Federal District based on the study of the individual dynamics of each of the totality of the most important indicators. The scientific novelty of the work consists in identifying long-term economic, demographic and innovative trends and transformations, as well as substantiating the quality of managerial influences on the relevant processes.
