Firstly ligand was prepared from the reaction between 5-Chloro-2-furaldehyde and thiosemicarbazide, the second step involved the synthesis of Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes of 5-chloro 2-furaldehyde thiosemicarbazone.
