The lattice parameters of the grown crystal were determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The quality of the grown crystal was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The optical transparency was determined by UV-visible and photoluminescence spectroscopy studies. The thermal behavior of the grown crystal was investigated by DTA and TGA analysis. The presence of functional group was studied using FTIR spectra.
