摘要

本文根据微血管血流的特点,在图像序列中采用直方图增强、阈值分割和更新模板匹配的方法来跟踪细胞运动。为了计算血流,将更新后的模板匹配方法应用于图像序列。实验结果表明,该方法能准确地跟踪细胞内团的运动,并能估计血流的运动。

Motion estimation of blood flow in microvasculature
In this paper, according to the characteristic of blood flow in microvasculature, a method is employed to track cell movement using histogram enhancement, threshold segmentation and updated template match in image sequences.
