The Zigzag GNR has been subjected to monovacancy, and decorated with oxygen impurities at three possible sites around the Monovacancy (MV). The transport properties of these structures have been analysed in terms of transmission spectrum, I- V characteristics, transmission pathways and the dynamical parameters (kinetic inductance and quantum capacitance) of oxygen decorated ZGNRs.
