A Semi-selective medium for isolation of Acrocalymma medicaginis from lucerne root and crown tissue
Recovery of the lucerne crown rotting pathogen, Acrocalymma medicaginis, from diseased tissue was considerably enhanced by isolating on a semi-selective potato dextrose agar containing streptomycin, penicillin, polymixin and triadimefon.
