The framework, management, maintenance and function of this System was introduced, and the application of this System in the selection of similar varieties was also illustrated in this paper. Based on this System, selection of similar varieties can be standardized, simplified, and independent of subjective judgment from PVP examiners. 摘要

植物品种保护在社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,受到世界各国的广泛关注。PVP的快速增长给PVP检测或DUS试验中使用的类似品种的选择带来了越来越大的压力。这种情况使得传统的依靠人工进行同类品种选择的方式陷入困境。为了提高植物品种PVP检测的准确性和效率,对植物品种的各类信息进行整理,本文提出了植物品种常识信息系统。介绍了该系统的框架、管理、维护和功能,并举例说明了该系统在同类品种选育中的应用。基于该系统,同类品种的选择可以标准化、简化,并且不受PVP审查员主观判断的影响。植物品种信息也可以进行管理。
