The synthesised hydroxytriazenes were studied for acute and sub-acute toxicity in rodents. The acute toxicity study was carried out to determine LD 50 and behavioral activity. The sub-acute toxicity studies were done to investigate the effect of hydroxytriazenes on hematological and biochemical parameters.
