摘要

本文介绍了利用圆棒制备二维光子晶体的光子带隙(PBG)结构。研究了ITU-T G.694.2粗波分复用(CWDM)系统中PBG随材料杆半径、晶格常数和介电常数的变化规律。采用平面波展开(PWE)法计算带隙。在此基础上,利用Rsoft的Bandsolve仿真器对填充因子和晶格位置的影响进行了研究。
