The faecal collection was conducted on the days 0, 14th and 28th of the experiment. The faecal fat determination (g) was conducted through the Soxhlet method. No significant statistical differences (p>0.05) were observed among the 4 groups as to the fat content in the beginning of the experiment. On the 14th day, the GHQ1 group had a significant increase of faecal fat when compared to the other three groups (p<0.05). On the 28th day, in the GHQ1 group, the faecal fat excretion was larger than in the other groups (p<0.05), while the group GHQ2 had not statistically differed from the group GH. 摘要

研究了两种商业品牌的壳聚糖对高胆固醇血症和高脂血症小鼠粪便脂肪排泄的影响。32只刚断奶的Wistar大鼠,随机分为4组(n=8):对照组(CG)饲喂AIN93G;高脂血组(HG):将AIN-93G的脂质含量修改为12%,并添加胆固醇(1%);壳聚糖高脂血组1 (QHG1)和壳聚糖高脂血组2 (QHG2)饲喂与HG相同的日粮,分别添加5%的壳聚糖。试验第0、14、28天收集粪便。采用索氏法测定粪便脂肪(g)。试验开始时,4组间脂肪含量差异均不显著(p>0.05)。第14天,GHQ1组粪便脂肪含量显著高于其他3组(p<0.05)。第28天,GHQ1组粪便脂肪排泄量大于其他各组(p<0.05),而GHQ2组与GH组差异无统计学意义。结果表明,这两组之间的差异可能是由壳聚糖的纯度、粘度和去乙酰化程度造成的。
