Design and Microwave Assisted Synthesis of Coumarin Derivatives as PDE Inhibitors
Coumarins appended to benzimidazole through pyrazole are designed and synthesized using microwave irradiation. These compounds were analyzed for phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibition indirectly by motility pattern in human spermatozoa.
