Data were collected from medical records. \nResults: Significant number of women had cesarean deliveries in COVID period (36.5% vs 32.6%). 摘要

目的:比较尼泊尔东部三级医疗中心新冠肺炎和非新冠肺炎妊娠患者的母婴结局。方法:对2019年4月至6月非COVID期间和2020年4月至6月COVID期间在诺贝尔医学院教学医院分娩的所有妇女进行比较。数据是从医疗记录中收集的。结果:新冠肺炎期间剖宫产率显著(36.5% vs 32.6%)。分娩时妊娠期、婴儿出生体重、宫内死胎和新生儿重症监护病房入住情况差异无统计学意义,产科结局、分娩并发症、孕产妇重症监护病房入住情况、近死胎和围产期子宫切除术情况差异无统计学意义。结论:新冠肺炎期间剖宫产、剖宫产后顺产和阴道臀位分娩发生率较高,其他母婴结局与非新冠肺炎期间无显著差异。
