摘要

对重庆市某医院2019-nCoV病例出院后核酸及抗体(IgM、IgG总抗体)持续监测，发现“再阳性”现象5例，抗体阳性5例;“再阳性”有随时间增加的趋势，可能与以下三个因素有关:无症状感染患儿粪便排毒时间较长;连续两次核酸检测“假阴性”，各种原因导致患者体内病毒清除不完全;对“再阳性”患者原因的分析和对其感染的探讨，将有助于我们揭示该病毒的更多特征，并在不断更新的诊疗方案中为出院标准提供新的依据
