The up- and down-conversion state can be switched by changing the bias voltages of the dual-polarization dual-drive Mach-Zehnder modulator (DP-DDMZM). In the experiment, the intermediate frequency (IF) signal at 6 GHz is up-converted to the radio frequency (RF) signal at 26.0025 GHz when the LO signal is with a frequency of 20.0025 GHz. Meanwhile, the RF signal at 14 GHz is downconverted to the IF signal at 6 GHz by using the same LO signal. 摘要
