The nanoparticles of BSTx are annealed at 800 °C for 1 h to stabilize the crystalline phase. The annealed BSTx was used to produce ceramic bodies employing a microwave sintering at 1200 °C. Effectively, BSTx samples are synthesized via double-sintering route. BST0.20 and BST0.30 are subjected to the particle size analysis, crystal structure analysis and dielectric and ferroelectric properties.
