An empirical test, a structural equation model comprising a sample of 319 sale employees in 15 banks, indicates a strong relationship between sales staff creativity and innovative work behavior. Moreover, the findings indicate that both an empowering leadership and a challenging work environment can trigger sale employees’ creativity. Finally, innovative work behavior has a positive impact on innovative output. 摘要

摘要本研究主要研究授权型领导和挑战型工作环境对越南银行业销售员工创造力和创新工作行为的影响。通过对15家银行319名销售人员的结构方程模型进行实证检验,发现销售人员创造力与创新工作行为之间存在较强的关系。此外,研究结果表明,授权型领导和具有挑战性的工作环境都能激发销售员工的创造力。最后,创新工作行为对创新产出有正向影响。总的来说,本研究为银行管理者提供了一些建议,以确定适当的方法,以激发员工的创造力和创新工作行为,以实现强劲和可持续的经营绩效。
