摘要
本研究的目的是考察内在工作动机和工作纪律变量对印尼PT. Kereta Api (Persero)西苏门答腊第二区域分部员工绩效的影响。采用饱和抽样技术，对98名受访者进行问卷调查，在SPSS应用程序的帮助下，使用多元线性回归检验，对所有人口成员进行抽样，收集数据。研究结果表明，内在工作动机对员工绩效有正向显著影响，工作纪律对员工绩效有正向显著影响
