摘要

目的:分析哥伦比亚人群LPL基因(rs320、rs285和rs328)多态性的存在与急性缺血性卒中的发生是否存在关联。方法:采用病例对照设计，选取133例急性缺血性脑卒中患者(临床诊断及x线CT)和269例非脑卒中患者作为对照。采用PCR -RFLP技术检测LPL基因rs320、rs285和rs328多态性。结果:在本研究中未发现LPL基因多态性与研究人群急性缺血性脑卒中之间的任何关联;研究的多态性的等位基因和基因型频率在病例和对照中相似，并遵循Hardy-Weinberg平衡。本研究经IRB批准，每位受试者都签署了知情同意书。结论:LPL基因多态性不是哥伦比亚样本中卒中发展的遗传标记。
