Nusa Bunga in the process of recruitment, selection, and work placement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the recruitment, selection and work placement processes carried out by PT. Nusa Bunga to outsourcing employees. The results showed that the responses of outsourcing employees to the recruitment variable if accumulated in its entirety, the number showed the percentage of 82.92%, when viewed from the category of measurement level is ranked 1 (81% -100%) means it is classified as very good. The results showed that the responses of outsourcing employees to the selection also if accumulated in its entirety then the number showed a percentage of 82.4%, when viewed from the category of measurement level was ranked 1 (81% -100%) means it was classified as very good. 本研究以努沙邦加公司外包员工的招聘、选择和工作安排为研究对象。本研究的目的是分析PT. Nusa Bunga对外包员工的招聘、选择和工作安排过程。结果表明,外包员工对招聘变量的反应如果整体累积起来,数字显示的百分比为82.92%,当从类别测量水平来看排名1(81% -100%)意味着它被归类为非常好。结果表明,外包员工对选择的反应也如果在其整体上累积,那么数字显示了82.4%的百分比,当从类别的测量水平被评为1(81% -100%)意味着它被归类为非常好。结果表明,外包员工对工作安置的反应如果作为一个整体累积起来,那么这个数字显示了81.43%的百分比,当从类别的测量水平来看排名1(81% -100%)意味着它被归类为非常好。
