It was found that the chemical composition and toxic properties of viper venom depend to some extent on the characteristics of the ecosystem and the physicochemical factors of the environment. 摘要

本文研究了生活在阿塞拜疆不同生态系统的大毒蛇(Macrovipera lebetina obtusa)毒液的微量元素组成,电磁辐射对毒蛇毒液光谱特性和分子结构的影响,以及标准动物毒素在辐射下1.35、2.7、4.05 v / 5.4 кGy剂量下的吸收光谱和蛇毒蛋白质含量。研究发现,毒蛇毒液的化学成分和毒性在一定程度上取决于生态系统的特点和环境的理化因素。所得结果可用于蛇毒及其制剂的辐射灭菌,也可用于制药行业的药物制备。
