The patients were followed up for 3 months. The data were observed and analyzed between preoperative and postoperative. \n \n \nResults \nThe differences of the average uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity(LogMAR) and refraction were statistically significant between preoperative and 3 months postoperatively(t=14.580, 13.240, 11.770, P=0.010, 0.021, 0.013). There was significant difference of the root mean square value in the general lower-order aberrations between preoperative and 3 months postoperatively(t=-18.780, P=0.000). The differences in the general higher-order aberrations, 3-order aberrations, 4-order aberrations, and 5-order aberrations root mean square value were not statistically significant between preoperative and 3 months postoperatively(t=-1.278, 0.785, 0.351, 0.457, P=0.125, 0.412, 0.224, 0.324). 摘要

目的观察后房型人工晶状体(ICL)矫正高度近视的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年12月至2018年9月行ICL植入术的55例高度近视(-6.00 D—18.00 D)患者110眼的资料。随访3个月。对术前和术后的数据进行观察和分析。结果术前与术后3个月平均未矫正视力、最佳矫正视力(LogMAR)及屈光度差异均有统计学意义(t=14.580、13.240、11.770,P=0.010、0.021、0.013)。术前与术后3个月一般低阶像差的均方根值差异有统计学意义(t=-18.780, P=0.000)。术前与术后3个月一般高阶像差、3阶像差、4阶像差、5阶像差均方根值差异均无统计学意义(t=-1.278、0.785、0.351、0.457,P=0.125、0.412、0.224、0.324)。Z40、Z31、Z3-1、Z33、Z3-3术前与术后3个月比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=0.654、0.545、0.387、0.268、0.578,P=0.547、0.371、0.241、0.187、0.428)。结论后房型人工晶状体矫正高度近视安全、有效、可预测、稳定,术后视力质量良好。关键词:晶状体;眼内;晶状体;近视,高;视觉质量
