In the process it continues to prioritize KUHAP rules and several regulations issued such as Perkap No. 6 of 2019 in addition to the SOP listed in the Kabareskrim Regulation concerning Investigation Management. As for the factors that hamper the investigation and investigation process of the crime of abuse at the Pohuwato Police, namely the calling of witnesses, inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as the absence of an RPK room, and the length of time the case files are examined by the Attorney's Office.
