摘要

研究了毛茛科L科药用植物,即:草本植物Caltha palustris, Ficaria verna, Ranunculus acris的复合提取物的开发。建立了原料的定性指标,测定了复方提取物中萃取物的含量。研究结果表明,将被试植物单浸提物与浸提物组合得到的复合提取物中酚类化合物和黄酮类化合物的定量含量,骨骼中酚类化合物和黄酮类化合物的含量高于混合浸提物。确定了提取液中酚类和黄酮含量最高的提取剂(70%乙醇)。
