摘要

本研究表明,教师创造力通过学习风格对提高学生的学习成绩的重要性。教师作为教育领域的专业人员,除了要懂得哲学和概念问题外,还要懂得和实施技术问题。这其中存在着一些技术问题,特别是教与学互动的管理与实施。在教与学互动的管理活动中,教师尽可能地促进学生获得学习经验。它可以实现与教师的创造性(举办各种教学和使用媒体)在使用学习模式,从而使教师的创造性可以提高学生的学习成果。
