Ten isolates were isolated from the nodules and all of them could form root nodule after 8 weeks of inoculation in a nodulation trial. Another trial was conducted to study the survival of the Rhizobium in 2 different types of media: peat soil and compost of oil palm empty fruit bunch. It was found that all of the isolates could survive in both media during 4 weeks of observation. 摘要

土葛根瘤菌的分离与结瘤研究Benth。2008年3月至7月,在印尼油棕研究所(IOPRI)位于Pematang Siantar的Marihat研究站植物生物技术实验室和USU FMIPA生物系微生物实验室进行了油棕空果串在泥炭土和堆肥上的生存研究。瘤样取自生长在马里哈特市Sei Aek Pancur和北苏门答腊大学油棕种植园的爪哇葛根。从根瘤中分离出10株菌株,接种8周后均能形成根瘤。研究了根瘤菌在泥炭土和油棕空果束堆肥2种不同培养基上的生存情况。在4周的观察中,所有分离株均能在两种培养基中存活。据统计,根瘤菌在堆肥中具有更稳定的生存能力。
