The main aspects of urban planning and functional planning are formulated for technoparks, the production component of wind power systems with consideration of existing settlements, logistics ties, production needs, and economic efficiency.Purpose: To formulate the main aspects of promotion and organization of technology parks focused on the development of the wind power systems in the Rostov region.Research findings: The analysis is given to the scientific and production components of the wind power industry, the main functional and planning aspects of the IT sphere, and the production component focused on the alternative wind power.
