摘要

本文在分析跳远助跑起跳机理的基础上,指出跳远助跑起跳是通过助跑惯性函数、跑跳函数和跳原地函数来体现的。通过具体的实验方法,对这三个函数进行了量化处理,找出了这三个函数在跳远中所占的比例。此外,本文还提出了去除起跳后助跑惯性函数的思路,以便与跳远或其他项目进行更好的对比研究,并为跳远提供了新的研究途径。
