摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨新冠肺炎疫情对高职酒店旅游专业学生职业选择的影响。通过有目的和滚雪球抽样的方式接触了31位受访者。本研究发现，学生对酒店和旅游业工作的态度因COVID-19大流行而改变。从理论上讲，本研究构建了新冠肺炎疫情前、疫情期间和疫情后三个阶段对高职酒店旅游专业学生职业选择影响的框架。在实践中，本研究为政府和用人单位在疫情后吸引学生进入酒店和旅游业工作提供了有益的建议。
