Design of Aluminum-based Hybrid Gratings with Predefined Infrared Spectral Response
We propose to use aluminum gratings to design absorbers with predefined spectral response. By exploiting the relations between grating structural parameters and spectral properties, we design hybrid gratings to generate multi-resonance spectra.
