Agar-well diffusion method was used for antimicrobial study whereas for antioxidant activity three tests namely, DPPH assay, β-Carotene assay and ascorbic acid content were performed. The results from antibacterial assay showed presence of antibacterial activity in all the three plant extracts (methanol, chloroform and n-hexane). Significant antioxidant activity was also found to be present and plant extracts showed no irritant effect. Alkaloids, glycosides, phenolics, tannins and flavonoids were also detected in the plant. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在研究红莓果实的植物化学成分及抗菌、抗真菌、抗氧化和刺激性活性。采用琼脂孔扩散法进行抑菌试验,采用DPPH、β-胡萝卜素和抗坏血酸含量3项试验进行抗氧化活性试验。抑菌试验结果表明,甲醇、氯仿和正己烷三种植物提取物均具有抑菌活性。植物提取物也具有显著的抗氧化活性,没有刺激性作用。植物中还检测到生物碱、苷类、酚类、单宁和类黄酮。研究表明,该植物具有重要的药用价值。
