摘要

本研究以三聚磷酸钠(TPP)为交联剂,采用乳液交联技术制备了壳聚糖基红姜油树脂载体。考察了壳聚糖、TPP浓度、pH对壳聚糖微胶囊的包封率、粒径及表征的影响。对微胶囊的抗氧化活性进行了分析。制备了含有红姜油树脂的壳聚糖微胶囊,虽然表面不光滑。
