An emergent computed tomography scan of the abdomen revealed a rupture of a giant infrarenal AAA of 16 cm in diameter with extensive intraluminal thrombus, evidence of rupture and large intraabdominal hematoma. The patient underwent a successful open surgical repair with placement of a Dacron tube graft 18 mm. The patient was transferred to the intensive care unit following successful surgical repair. Patient was transferred to the Department of cardiovascular surgery on postoperative day 2. 摘要

我科收治一名78岁男性，既往有吸烟、高脂血症、高血压病史，腹部超声诊断腹主动脉瘤破裂(AAA)。患者血压60/20毫米汞柱。腹部紧急计算机断层扫描显示直径16厘米的巨大肾下AAA破裂，伴广泛的腔内血栓，破裂的证据和大的腹内血肿。患者接受了成功的开放性手术修复，植入了18mm的涤纶管移植物。手术修复成功后，患者转至重症监护病房。患者于术后第2天转至心血管外科。术后12天恢复出院。
