摘要

以脱硫建筑石膏为主要胶凝材料,粉煤灰为填料,制备了新型脱硫石膏砌块。通过在脱硫石膏-粉煤灰胶凝材料中加入复合激发剂激发活性,改善了新型脱硫石膏块的力学性能。通过在新型脱硫石膏块中加入蜡醇复合防水剂,提高了脱硫石膏块的耐水性能。试验结果表明,当粉煤灰填充量为脱硫石膏质量的20%时,对脱硫石膏强度的影响最小;当复合激发剂用量为1.75%时,脱硫石膏-粉煤灰胶凝材料的激发效果最好;当蜡醇复合防水剂用量为0.4%时,新型脱硫石膏块的耐水性最佳。
