The mechanical object of the control system is introduced first, and then the structure of the control system is given. In hardware design section, hardware selection and parameters configuration are introduced. Then the scheme of circuits for converting body pulse sensor signals, pressure signals and the whole circuit of control system are illustrated respectively in detail. As for software design section, the control program design in PLC, GUI design in IPC and database design are given. Finally, some key technologies about the implementation for hardware and software are also mentioned about. 摘要

康复治疗有利于关节功能的恢复,目前这种治疗大多是在护理人员的监督下进行的。为解决护士超负荷工作带来的问题,提出了一种高稳定性、高可靠性的康复装置。首先介绍了控制系统的力学对象,然后给出了控制系统的结构。在硬件设计部分,介绍了硬件选型和参数配置。然后分别对人体脉冲传感器信号、压力信号的转换电路方案和控制系统的整体电路进行了详细的说明。在软件设计部分,给出了PLC的控制程序设计、工控机的GUI设计和数据库设计。最后,对系统硬件和软件实现中的关键技术进行了讨论。测试结果表明,控制系统各软硬件模块功能良好,能够有效地辅助关节的恢复工作。
