The main reasons which caused the poor vision in Pixian was refractive errors, posterior capsule opacification(PCO), abnormal vitreous and optic atrophy. \n \n \nConclusions \nThe cataract surgery in Sichuan Pixian is helpful for solving the problem of the blind persons caused by cataract, but the long time postoperative visual acuity is unsatisfactory. The refractive errors and PCO are the main reasons. 摘要

目的了解四川郫县农村白内障手术的效果。对行白内障手术患者的视力进行分析。分析了郫县术后视力不良的主要原因。结果本组病例313例(313只眼)。视力≥0.3眼占67.09%(210眼)。脱盲(视力≥0.05)眼占88.82%(278只)。非视障眼(矫正视力≥0.3)占83.71%(262眼)。复盲眼(矫正视力≥0.05)为93.61%(293只)。造成郫县视力不良的主要原因是屈光不正、后囊膜混浊、玻璃体异常和视神经萎缩。结论四川郫县白内障手术有助于解决白内障致盲问题，但术后长期视力不理想。屈光不正和PCO是主要原因。所以首要的两个任务是减少屈光不正和解决白内障手术后的后视眼问题。关键词:白内障;视力低下;失明
