摘要

目的观察静脉注射人免疫球蛋白治疗小儿重症支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法2010年10月至2011年11月在该院门诊及病房收治的重症支原体肺炎患儿133例，随机分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(57例)。所有患者均给予红霉素、阿奇霉素联合对症治疗2周。治疗组在对照组基础上静脉注射人免疫球蛋白400 mg/(kg·d)，连续3 d。结果治疗组发热、咳嗽、喘鸣、湿啰无症状期分别为(2.1±1.3)d、(4.2±1.2)d、(2.5±1.2)d、(3.6±1.1)d，对照组分别为(3.3±1.0)d、(5.6±2.3)d、(4.3±2.5)d、(5.4±1.8)d。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论静脉注射人免疫球蛋白治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效好，副作用少。
