This research comprises a quantitative analysis of 224 elementary school teachers who took the 2015 teacher competency exam. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data and test hypotheses with the assistance of SPSS Windows Version 24. The study discovered that achievement motivation (X1) and mastery of technology information (X2) both have a favourable and substantial effect on the competency test results of elementary school teachers (Y) in Ambon City. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨成就动机与技术掌握对2015年安汶市小学教师胜任力测验结果的影响。本研究对参加2015年教师胜任力测验的224名小学教师进行定量分析。采用SPSS Windows Version 24软件对数据进行多元线性回归分析和假设检验。研究发现，成就动机(X1)和技术信息掌握(X2)对安汶市小学教师(Y)的胜任力测试结果均有良好且实质性的影响。因此，建议教师培养使用信息技术的成就感和熟练程度。
