The major characteristics of this cultivar were as follows : this cultivar produced 128.8 stems/m 2 /year, and it showed 68.4cm in length of cut flower, 9.3cm in flower diameter, 49.8 in petal number, and 9.9 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. 摘要

全南道农业研究推广院(JARES)以浅红色标准品种“红桑德拉”和红色标准品种“Tiamo”杂交,培育出了新的标准玫瑰品种“红球”。杂交是在2004年进行的,并产生了幼苗。经过2007年至2009年的具体性状评价,最终选定并命名为“红球”,具有浅红色标准花型(RHS色表红组46A)。该品种的主要性状为:茎数128.8根/ m2 /年,切花长度68.4cm,花径9.3cm,花瓣数49.8瓣,瓶期9.9天。该品种既可扦插繁殖,也可嫁接繁殖。消费者对该品种的偏好程度相对高于对照品种“Tiamo”。
