摘要

大豆产量下降的主要原因是种子质量不高。为提高大豆种子品质,采用木霉包衣和博卡施有机肥处理大豆种子。本研究旨在寻找木霉与博克施肥料提高大豆品质的最佳剂量组合。该研究于2017年4月至8月在帕德加兰大学的试验田和种子技术实验室进行。本研究采用随机区组设计(RBD)。采用木霉包衣4种剂量(0g/100、1g/100、2g/100、3g/100)和博克石3种剂量(0g/塑料袋、300g/塑料袋、600g/塑料袋),每个处理重复3次。试验结果表明,大豆种子各处理对发芽率、活力指数和电导率均无显著影响,但对单株种子质量和单株种子质量均有显著影响。
