The essential oil extraction was performed by steam distillation, the yield obtained from leaf is (1.5 %) by gavage Wistar rats males weight between 100g 80et were infected with Salmonella then treated with a dose 1 g / kg of the essential oil. In the day of sacrifice of the rats some parameters were determined: hemoglobin concentration (Hgb); haematocrit (Hct) and lymphocytes (white blood cell). 摘要
月桂是一种芳香植物，广泛分布在阿尔及利亚，被当地人广泛用作香料和药用价值的来源。这种原产于阿尔及利亚西部的植物的精油是我们研究的主题。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油，经灌胃处理后，体重在100g之间的雄性Wistar大鼠感染沙门氏菌后，以1 g / kg的精油处理。在大鼠献祭当天测定一些参数:血红蛋白浓度(Hgb);红细胞压积(Hct)和淋巴细胞(白细胞)。结果显示了这种神奇植物“月桂”的治疗效果。关键词:月桂，蒸汽蒸馏，精油，血液学，Wistar大鼠。
